As part of our 50th birthday celebrations we asked some friends of Tracklements to share with us their memories. Famed food writer and author of 11 foodie books, Hattie Ellis, recalls her thoughts of Tracklements:
“Tracklements was my childhood mustard, known then as Urchfont Mustard and local to me growing up in Wiltshire, and I loved the script on the labels as well as the taste. One of my first ever interviews as a food writer was with William Tullberg, who gave me a good benchmark for the personal attention to detail, knowledge, taste and flair that goes into high-quality products. I’ve been a fan ever since of a brand that has maintained its character and values whilst expanding its range.”
