Our mustards are matured in barrels for 5 days.
Mustard is our heritage. The mustard seed we source is not only used to make our mustards, but also added to a lot of our other products to give them that extra kick. Currently grown for us in Suffolk, our large range of mustards are extremely versatile and can be used both cold (with cold meats and cheese or in dips, mayonnaise and vinaigrettes) and hot (in your cooking).
Did you know that brown mustard seed is hotter than yellow mustard seed?
Brown mustard seed gives you heat up your nose, whilst yellow mustard seed leaves a more subtle heat on the tongue!
