As part of our 50th birthday celebrations we asked some friends of Tracklements to share with us their memories. Famed food columnist, Xanthe Clay, had these lovely words to say:
“A good dollop of Tracklements robust wholegrain mustard stirred into buttery mashed potato is what bangers are waiting for, though I do love the honey grain mustard stirred though cocktail sausages before roasting, and maybe a bit extra after roasting too. With beef I’m a purist – Hot English Mustard all the way. It’s the only one with the proper up-your-nose kick that for a decent Sunday lunch.” Xanthe Clay
