Produced in the heart of La Mancha, Spain, this incredibly traditional cheese is produced using grass moulds, which leave a distinctive pattern on the rind. Made from creamy pasteurised ewes’ milk, it has a nutty and herbaceous flavour along with a firm and supple texture, which makes it a match made in heaven when paired with our gorgeously jammy Quince Fruit Cheese.
