Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a small saucepan melt the butter on a low heat, remove and whisk in the Wild Garlic Sauce until well combined and smooth.
Slice the loaf on a diagonal, to make 1-inch diamonds. Make sure to cut as close to the bottom crust as possible but DO NOT cut all the way through.
Place the loaf onto a baking tray/sheet lined with parchment. Spoon and drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of the melted garlic butter between each cut and brush the remaining on the crust.
Stuff the shredded mozzarella in between each cut, all the way to the bottom.
Cover the loaf with a sheet of foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the garlic bread to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Pinch of salt
250g Grated mozzarella
