A great sharing treat starter or party canape.
Method:
Roll out one sheet of puff pastry, place a large dinner plate upside down and cut the pastry in a circle an inch/2.5cm away from the dinner plate. Place on a sheet of baking paper.
Spread the Cranberry, Port & Orange Sauce on half of the pastry and then spread the Caramelised Onion Marmalade on the other half. Finely chop up the bacon and sprinkle over. Place the Camembert in the middle of the pastry.
Cover with another circle of puff pastry, an inch/2.5cm larger than the first, to allow for the height of the Camembert. Slice from the edge to the centre around the camembert, 1 ½ inch/4cm wide. Twist each slice into a spiral.
Brush with egg wash and bake at 160C for 15 minutes, turn the oven up to 180C and bake for another 10 minutes.
Cut the pastry from the top of the Camembert. Tear and share.

- 2 packs of pre-rolled pastry Puff pastry (320g each)
- 4 slices of Bacon, cooked
- 3 tbsp Tracklements Cranberry, Port & Orange Sauce
- 3 tbsp Tracklements Caramelised Onion Marmalade
- 1 wheel of Camembert (250g)
- 1 Egg, beaten.
