Cooking Directions
Serves: 4 as a starter
Remove the skins and any pin bones from the mackerel fillets.
Put the fish into a food processor and whiz for a few seconds. Add the cream cheese, Mayonnaise, Strong Horseradish and whiz again for a good minute. Add a squeeze of lemon juice to taste.
Put in the fridge for a harder set or dive right in. Serve with crusty bread or crudités.

- 4 smoked mackerel fillets (approx 300g)
- 200g full fat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Tracklements Rich & Creamy Mayonnaise
- 1 dsp Tracklements Strong Horseradish Cream
- squeeze of lemon
